all glow in the dark garments require a period of light absorption before being able to glow in the dark.
natural UV, UV torch, high lumen torch or even a bright phone torch in contact with the garment will achieve this.

the longer the exposure to the light = the longer the glow

we just stick our phone torches on and touch it to the thread & print.
